On our end, our boys are scheduled for their 2nd Pfizer dose tomorrow. Hopefully it’ll just be muscle pain after and nothing more.

Booked in for my booster this Friday.  Double dose of AZ first time around so am assuming Pfizer this time.

Got both of mine last month. Pfizer.

Arm was sore-ish on the first. Second one 3 weeks later gave me a fever for about 5 hours and a headache.

I'm driving for and supervising a friend who is getting her second Pfizer vaccination tomorrow as she often gets allergic reactions and had one from her first jab.

I got first 2 doses on January and February, among the first, as an MD.
3rd dose as soon as it was available, during October.
I never stopped working, in fact I now see more patients than ever. I smoke and I have an excess of weight, so I am in the dangerous zone, but, so far, so good.

As usual the Dutch are late to the party. We've only just started giving booster shots for people above 60 I believe.

And here's a fine example of the stupid Dutch bureaucracy: some vaccination sites now close at 5PM instead of 8PM or later because restaurants and other venues need to close at 5PM... and apparently the personnel of those sites use those facilities inside venues that are not allowed to be open in the evening.  :dunno:

So I got my booster as planned.  Sore arm and stiff neck for a couple of days and perhaps a little more tired than usual, but nothing like as awful as I felt for my initial two shots.

We got our boosters two days before thanksgiving, both the Mrs and me had sore arms especially mine, the Mrs told the guy you can make his hurt and I don’t think he thought she was joking, the kid on the other hand the next day was trashed, they asked him to come in to work the day before and he was fine with it but then ends up horrible, the Mrs was going nuts because there would be technically no reason to cook for thanksgiving if he didn’t get any better, but he ended up a little better and went into work looking like crap because he didn’t want to lose his new job, but come thanksgiving morning he was pretty much back to normal, we think he got hit with some 24hr bug going around both the Mrs and I got hit the week before, and our other kid just had it a few days ago..
