Short ish Bond saga... :facepalm:

Ordered a Bond, got Bond then thought I should have had it engraved so ordered another Bond.

Asked not to put engraving on pocket clip side, they put engraving on pocket clip side.

Checked date's on both Bonds and the engraved one had missed a digit, so hey it's a little unique, awesome.

Ordered a pocket clip, pocket clip came, went to fit pocket clip and smurf, it's not been tapped.

The other Bond has been tapped.

What is the tap size please... :hatsoff:

Does anyone know where to buy replacement screws to install a pocket clip? I've bought a couple Free series pocket clip + lanyard kits, and I installed the lanyard loop on a Free T2, so I have an extra Free pocket clip, but no screws. I tried emailing LM support and they said some nonsense about using "proprietary screws"  :rofl:

Anyhoo, I don't have the mechanical knowhow to identify the right screw dimensions even though I have some around me, so any help would be appreciated.

Hi bobartig,

This information from Amazon on an after market pocket clip should help.

If possible just check the length shown against the Leatherman screw's as it appears the lengths vary between the P,T & K series.

And just to doubly confirm all of the above, see pic of a clip like this installed on a Rebar after drilling to 1.8 mm and tapping UNC 2-56 thread, then using the screws shipped in the kit :D
