Paracord Mora Dangler

As a larger fellow carrying my Mora can occasionally be a bit uncomfortable, so I set about fixing that by making a paracord dangler. The concept is quite simple, two loops of paracord interlocked, instead of knots I went with using a lighter to fuse the ends together.





Here ^ you can see the thicker fused piece gets held in place by the mora's sheath to sheath locking system.





I hung it off my belt with the knife in the sheath and gave it a good shake, the paracord fuse seems more than strong enough to hold it. Happy with how it turned out  :tu:

For each of the 30 days, or for as many as you are able to, post a picture of: Progress- Meals- Activities- Gear and participate in the thread and encourage each other. Using EDC items randomly selected with a poker hand, post a photo of your EDC or a component of the EDC that got used during the course of the day for 4 weeks (or 30 consecutive days) Start a new thread and post a photo of the minimal sak (2 layers or fewer) for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate in a Challenge thread and post a photo of a Spyderco knife for thirty (30) consecutive days. Only for the 14th year Anniversary Challenge. Post a photo of any gear for thirty (30) consecutive days during the MTo anniversary month.

Good solution.  I like using paracord as well as other things to do odd jobs too.

Thanks guys, and especially Aloha who is responsible for me even owning the Mora  :hatsoff:

I carried it on walks anyway, my side just didn't like me afterwards  :facepalm: Really happy with how it turned out, and makes me wonder what else I can use paracord to resolve :like:

I like to carry a bit or cord.  Never know when a use will present itself.  I have used it as you have.
