Friends star Matthew Perry has passed away at 54.

This one s far too young for anyone, especially considering he seemed to finally have his drug and alcohol demons under control.

RIP Chandler.

Looks like his personal assistant and two doctors are being charged for providing him with massive amounts of ketamine.
