The PPP and the Paratool don't lock.
I use my UKPK as my dedicated blade....my swiss champ has saw etc etc....I just fancy a decent pliers system (SAK's pliers are light use only) and can fill the space on the SOG with other useful kit.
That would still cause legal problems.
Flash, why not just carry around a LM Kick? They are cheap enough, and they have great drivers!

(hope that makes sense)

Thanks... the Blink is a tiddler so no probs there.As for making the UK friendly SOG - take out all the scary sharp bits and replace them with a tiny Union Jack rolled up around a toothpick. Multipurpose too
