Now the box is back in Greenville, SC. For the second time. In the back of my mind, I can imagine someone on a computer saying, "See he is checking the tracking data again. Let's say that we sent his mail to..... mmm..... Chattanooga this time. That will get a rise out of him. Haw, haw, haw. "

Box is finally out of Raleigh, NC and back in Greenville, SC. AGAIN. Somewhere in the back of my mind I imagine there is someone on a computer saying, "Look that dude is checking the tracking data on his mail again. Let's tell him it has been sent to Las Vegas this time. " Best wishes. G

I once had a FedUp package go to the wrong address 5 different times. It was the same street name as ours but it was Lane vs Drive and it was in the next town over. I had to talk to someone at FedUp for like an hour explaining what I thought the issue was. Apparently the drivers were just punching in the address without the city and the first location that popped up was in the next town over.
When we finally got the package, it looked like it had gone 10 rounds with Mike Tyson.

Package was last listed to be in Asheville, NC. 70 miles away, give or take. I checked the USPS tracker a half hour ago and it said. "Package was delivered in/at your mailbox at 1:57 PM." In doesn't sound too bad, but 'at' was troubling, so I hustled down the rustic driveway to my battered old mailbox. There it was. Inside. The box was very pretty and was packed with a couple of stickers with a blue teddy bear on them. Don't ask me why. The knife is sturdy and sharp, and the grip feels good. Haven't done much with it yet. Thanks to David and MTO. Best wishes. G

I just noticed that I got caught up in the server difficulties yesterday. I tried to post a message and didn't get it done, so I waited a bit and posted another almost identical thing. It seems they both got on the thread. Oh well. G
