I figured it would be right up your alley.
I found out about it when he rescued a dog stuck in mud on the bank. It's a little disjointed a couple of videos in because

he lost a lot of footage (and gear) when he capsized
.

I started at Season 2 as I believe that's the start of this adventure, Season 1 seems to be other stuff.

Let's hope that his trip goes better than the canoe trip taken by a couple of German tourists in Manitoba a while back!   :ahhh

Having grown up in Manitoba I know how unforgiving the terrain (and bugs!!!) can be!

An old favorite of mine: a couple of Aussie guys kayaking across the Tasman Sea (Australia to NZ):

I followed these guys online during their journey.

There's a channel for some guys called Northern Scavenger that do a lot of canoe trips around here and across Canada.

https://www.youtube.com/@NorthernScavenger

There's one video where they do a multi day trip up a waterway called the Shubendacadie Canal- that's where I usually paddle the most, and it has always been my dream to do that trip.  I have paddled almost the entire thing at one point or another, but never all together.
