A shot in the dark. SURGE for Charge TTi
on: April 18, 2009, 02:03:08 PM
I have a SURGE and I need a Charge TTi. Going to use the Charge as a rescue tool since I’m a medic at motorsport events and the serrated blade with the gut-hook would be perfect for cutting the chin strap on helmets, seatbelts and clothes etc. A Charge ALX might also be OK but I’m interested in having a scissor on the tool.

You can find pics of the SURGE here http://forum.multitool.org/index.php/topic,10403.0.html

The SURGE is a few months old and the only thing that has been used on it is the can opener. The blades are factory sharp and no rust on it. You can choose between a used leather pouch or a brand new nylon pouch.
There is no problem that cannot be solved by the use of high explosives.

Ok. I'm sweetning the deal. Willing to part with a NIB Sideclip also. So, a barley used SURGE and a brand new never used Sideclip for a Charge TTi in good shape

This is a fair trade considering the price of a Sideclip & Surge compared to the price of a TTi.  I think we are just emotionally attached to our TTi's.

It sounds like a great deal, it's just that I want an extra TTi myself at the moment, and I'm sick of the bloody sight of Sideclips :D
I used to come here a lot.

Ok. I am putting my Powerlock out also. So, either a SURGE or Powerlock with a Sideclip.
