I've always missed the tail-stand feature lacking in "tactical" lights with momentary, forward-click switches.  However, I prefer a UI with a momentary feature.  I added a turbo flat tailcap to my 4Sevens Quark AA last week, and now it is the best of both worlds.  I should have done this upgrade long ago--it hasn't left my pocket since.

It looks a little odd, since the tailcap is wider than the head, but it functions beautifully:

Sure am. I still don't like not having a super high output, but I can live without it for now. I guess i'm spoiled from having a Zebralight. I'm thinking I will just switch between the two, but i'm putting the Microstream through its paces right now.

Hi,

I bought two Spotlight 'Speck' micro LED lights......... just love them, carry one everywhere I go with my Minichamp (makes the Minichamp look big!).



Great little light for under $10, around 30mm long, 15 lumens, all alloy, pretty weatherproof (has 2 'O' rings) and comes with a spare set of batteries (batteries are ultra cheap on Ebay).

Packing a Surefire E1B / Z68 tailcap , and a Streamlight Stylus Pro . I might be switching over to a Pelican 2350 ( single AA ) claims to be good for 100 Lumens . Personally I'm happy with 50-60 in an EDC . I'm also looking to get a Pelican 1920 ( 2xAAA ) .

My P3 AFS P as usual, and one of my new fauxtons.  They arrived yesterday, and I'm pretty happy with them. Light weight, surprisingly bright, and this is a little weird, but I like how cheap they feel.  I think I'm sorted for keychain lights for awhile.  I'd better be, I bought 10 of them.

Seriously my Zebralight is the best flashlight purchase I have ever made. Never even had a hint of a problem with it and it looks and feels like a very well thought out quality product. Just my 2 cents.
