Used the SwissChamp's saw to cut open the seal on our truck shipment, then used the knife to cut open various packages. Still gotta do some more work on that blade, it still tends to catch on things to easily. Oh well, more time on the Sharpmaker it is.

I did a day of habitat for humanity and used my SOG as a pencil :D
 kind of thought someone would say "what?"

I just assumed you were carving your initials in some hidden part of the house.
Or did you mean you were holding a bit of burned wood with the pliers to make marks?

... What?

;)

I'm going to guess you used the SOG to hold the pen from your SAK.
I'm not taking any more mod orders at present, sorry.

See I was close :D  I'd imagined the pen insert from your SAK being held like it.

I used my Super Tinker to both slice cheese while watching Doctor Who and also defy my earlier statement this week about how I didn't carry SAK's with me on the weekend.  D'oh!

Used the UberKick 1.0 (TM) to fix a puncture in a pushchair wheel earlier (wheel nuts where a bitch).

I also used a RAT RC-3 to open the post as I couldn't find anything else to use it for :D
I used to come here a lot.

My 109 Land-Rover has been having some difficulty with the heat.  The l-o-n-g OEM run of fuel line is having a tendency to vapor lock during this hot stretch.  So, I bought some new fuel line and a new NOS 1/4 inch fuel filter.

Took out the Blue Farmer and undid the old hose clamps and cut the old fuel line 4 inches from the fuel pump.  Trimmed the new fuel line and tightened down all the hose clamps--with the Blue Farmer.  :D

Oh yea, the truck runs great--no more vapor lock.

With the OEM setup, there's like 2 meters of fuel line, which winds back to the bulkhead and then back to the front of the motor to enter the carb.  LOTS of fuel line to heat up and vapor lock. By cutting close to the fuel pump, I could make a direct path to the filter and carb, shortening the distance to less than a meter and running it on the cooler side of the motor (opposite the exhaust manifold).

Makes you wonder why it wasn't done like that to start with

In 1969, they bolted the fuel filter holder (no plastic inline filter) to the firewall.  The carburetor was off the shelf, so the fuel line had to enter where the manufacturer, put the port.   ...and of course, that was before global warming... ;)

I used my sideclip to bend a money clip back into shape.  I am bad about spreading them out.

Well, I am in charge of 7 to 10 Valets and Bellmen at a time(along with 3 to 5 chauffeurs), and sometimes they are all tied up so I get to hop in and move stuff around and the money adds up.  Mostly 5's and 1's, and on the weekend it completely surpasses what any money clip can hold.  (and I make the least in tips because I'm the boss!)

Which got me thinking about strippers, pole dancers and lap dancers.....
What type of money clip would they use?

They have garters!  I think it would look quite strange if you pulled up to a hotel where the Bellmen and Valet's are pulling up their shorts to stick tips in their garters.  I'll stick to my worn out money clip!

You've never used an MT for this.

Today I had a cramp in the arm after workout in the gym.
Stretching the muscle didn't help. So I pricked the muscle with my Surge's awl.
The cramp passed :)

Surge-On! )))
