About an hour after I finished sharpening and polishing up my new (used) Swisschamp, I had to use the metal saw to cut down a couple screws that I used to ghetto rig my sister's boyfriends drivers mirror back on his car. Worked better than I would have thought. Best part was my sister watching and saying "Holy s#!t, you really are MacGyver aren't you?" lol.

I used the pliers on the UberKick © (beta) to remove a thorn from a football at a tournament earlier, before using the blade to remove the skin fro some rather nice Chorizo when I got home :)

I'm sure there was other stuff, but they were the important ones :D
I used to come here a lot.

Eh? What does the UberKick entail? Or is there a thread I should search?

There is a thread somewhere, but I can save you the hassle by saying it's a Kick with a Charge bit-driver. It's a Beta because I'll be adding scissors when they arrive :D

It is the best UK legal EDC tool I've ever had, and the scissors will make it better!

Here's the thread with a pic of it, and here's some words and more pics on my blog about it. :)

Helped a buddy cut in a couple of access plates in his deck , one for the pool skimmer ( he had previously had to go under the pool deck to empty it ) , and one to allow service to his dryer vent . There were a couple of minor pieces of saw work I couldn't reach with my Jig saw and Recip . Spirit saw worked well .

Used the Swisschamp quite a bit today. The pen got used a bunch, and the mag glass was pulled out frequently to read the microscopic print my work insists on using, and the Phillips was used to assemble a filing cabinet.

I took the scissors back out of the Charge and stuck them in the Kick earlier, as I wanted to finish the Kick off.

At the moment, it has blade, phillips, scissors and bit driver. I'm not sure if it's finished yet :-\

If you look over the page it says “Should incorporate a current limiting device”  :salute:

When I used to do a lot of testing we had to do an Earth loop test on metalwork around the houses, if you were not carefull you would leave a black  scorch mark on their stainless steel sinks  :-[ :D :-[

Yes your right I should go back and learn more Regs ( I didn't know anything about the Leatherman Reg )

Used the awl on the core to poke some holes in a coffee can to make a charcoal chimney.used the pliers for lifting the hot grate off the little pit i was using to cook some shish -k-bobs.my daughter came over in her old ford truck and said her window had fallen down in the door and would not roll up.Used the pliers to fish it out of the door and got it to stay up.also told her to get rid of that gas sucking pig already. Also used the drivers to put the little pit together....pretty much childs play for the core,i just love the drivers on it.

Used the awl on my Tactical Golfer (Soldier with scissors) to reopen the hole in the patio umbrella pole.  Danged mud dobbers had filled it in and I couldn't push the pin through to hold up the umbrella.
