I read about the SAK whittling club on here so I decided on trying to Whittle with my Skeletool CX:

(Image removed from quote.)

I had to switch between the Skeletool CX and my Victorinox Rucksack to get inside the spoon though.

Nicely done!

First a bit of lawnmoving, then some organic gardening in backyard... Fitting valves in my homemade drop-by-drop irrigation system...

So my Spirit X and Buck Strider jumped in...

More pics of my backyard garden...

Here's a rare pic... Wife and mother in law working together... :D

And closely watched by homegrown turkey's

with my spirit MT i cut some cake, salami, halved a couple of (precut ) bread slices, and tested the orange peeler of the SAK Minichamp on real oranges.

what a piece of cake tasks .. i know  :multi:

it's nasty how the chocolate chips of the cake get stuck in the mini groove right where the blade ends. gotta hate it.

Thanks :salute: :salute: :salute:

My kids love veggies, and we use them a lot in diet... Why not use that small peace of land for organic... And we grow turkey's and chickens for our needs. :tu: :tu:

Amici,
Today I broke out my LM Surge where I proceeded to cut about an inch of rubber from the end of a washing machine spew pipe. Then I later used the awl to remove what I can best describe as dried paint from a clogged laundry basin..

Cheers,
Serge

Today I went to a birthday party for my friends' triplets.  While helping set up the hall for the party, they needed a pair of scissors.  The only pair around?  Those on my Executive.  :tu:

I used my Rebar to disassemble my dishwasher today to replace the main door gasket and lower buffers/seals that had rotted.  I had to scrape quite a bit of lime deposits off of everything with the Rebar's awl.

Used the new soldier to disassemble, inspect, clean, and reassemble my summer house windows. They aren't the new multi-layered ones, just the plain old wooden splittables. :)

Thanks, it seems like most people here buy a block of soft wood though, I just found a log sitting on the side of the road.  The knots were a pain to work with.

Amici,
I used my Victorinix Craftsman to equally divide a mini pan pizza into fourths as to share it with my coworkers.. For some strange reason, me thinks this task isn't exactly what the Elsners envisioned..

Cheers,
Serge

I used my TTi the other day to repair a door latch, I had to file it down so the catch would, well, catch.

I have also tightened up several doors with it, and I took apart my glasses last night with the eyeglass driver.

I used the saw last night to remove some branches that were overhanging a path right at face level.

I used my Victorinox Mechanic to hold my hookah's windscreen and coal for mixing tobacco in the bowl. Those small pliers are very handy for that job.  :tool:

...and that's how Skeletool saved the day. I was buying a bottle holder for my bike and after installing it I was shaking the bike pretty rough to see if the bottle stays firmly on it's place. Well...bottle stayed but something went wrong with front derailleur, it was turned 30 degrees and couldn't find gears. Luckily I had packed Skeletool with LM bit set and could fix it so I got home. (Of course they would have loaned me tools from that bike shop but it felt good to have tools of my own)

I used my Charge TTi to open a ton of beers last nite.  I don't remember if I used it for anything else.

I used the knife blade on my TTi to strip some wires on an FM transmitter, and used the pliers to crimp the butt splices on the new section of wire.

Used my Style PS to pull the plastic seal off the salsa. Then used it to open a bottle of beer. The opener chipped the bottle!  :(
