Seems like a friction folder so I guess you could open it OH (e.g. using the friction-y part as a flipper of sorts).

I think you could open it OH with the arm on the blade.  Not exactly fast deployment though.

No , but one handed nonetheless , and for a tenth the price of a UKPK or Urban

It´s a OHO blade. I like the peasants very much, btw. Just make sure you get a plastic handled one, the wood handles tend to get very hard to open or close when they got wet - like Opinels.
