Anso 67: I'm not buying another knife until I get one!!!

Oh man, I just missed getting this knife:

The Anso 67 is my next knife for sure. It will give me something to dream about until I finally get one. Since I can't buy any other knives, this knife will actually save me $$$.

From the guy who brought us the Rock Lobster. And I thought that was expensive!

I'm really startin' to like that translucent G-10 their putting on some of the knives eg: Leaf Storm,
that unit pic'd above.

That is a very good question. They're usually used when you have a hidden pivot, so I'm a little stumped here.

I'll see if I can dig up some links over on BB after work, as he used to be quite prolific on there before he ''made it'' so to speak

He's old stuff was much more raw, and functional, rather than styled

David, the knife is fantastic, but it's way overpriced. I paid $205 for mine and it's about the same quality as the Spyderco Military. I'm stumped as to why this knife is so much more $$$.

I'm going to use this as my dedicated bag/pack cooking knife. BTW, I don't think this knife would be very good for edc.

I know better , but I must confess I want one ( a Spyderco rendition of the Rock Lobster ). It would be a great kitchen / picnic folder . The price seems a a tad bit over the top for what it is .
