Is that your CX or is the lighting making it look dark?  I have a date stamp on my standard Freestyle but it isn't on my Freestyle CX.  No date stamps on either of my Skeletools.

This is the Date Stamp on my standard Freestyle.  There is no Date Stamp on my Freestyle CX.
