Not really  Its just my stop roller is quite pitted . Just wondered if they are all like this or if its do to being flicked open and the blade hits it hard  :o Although I only flick it when I've re assembled it .

I think mine is very very slightly pitted.  So slight I could probably polish it all out.

I will try to get you pics later, but macro is NOT my strong point.

Doesn't CR say flicking voids the warranty on his knives or something?
This is called a Swiss Army Knife. Do you know what Switzerland is? Switzerland is a place where they don't like to fight, so they get people to do their fighting for them while they ski and eat chocolate. - Larry David

I don't think it necessarily voids the warranty, he just doesn't recommend it and any damage caused by it wouldn't be covered.

Not too many guys with Sebenza's around here.  I wish I could help you.
I keep looking at them.  I like Umnumzaan but just can't
quite pull the trigger on it just yet.  Especially around Christmas time.

just loosen the screw up and rotate the sleeve. and maybe oil it. it will still be good for a long time. and then in a few years you can send it in to chris reeve for a facelift. i just got a september born regular 21 sebenza large, and it is amazing. carry in at work everyday!

I'd be more inclined to just rotate (as suggested) and then buy another pin if need be.  Won't cost much.
