Pretty much agree with most here. Any SAK of 91mm or smaller size is about as friendly as you can get. "Swiss Army" type knives (regardless of country of manufacture) are almost alway thought of as utility knives, as in tools opposed to weapons. Thinner is better if you are around trully paranoid knife haters.

I think that any SAK smaller then a 111mm would be your best bet,

I have noticed that pocket clip on blades tend to draw attention. 

And that speed assist (though legal here) still gets frowns, 

I agree with what was said before about too many layer SAKs it is more like a look of disbelief that you are able and willing to carry that.
