We'd rather not get into specific details, other than to say he was issued numerous warnings beforehand of which he chose to ignore. :(

I done a little sleuthing the other day and read the thread where it all went down :-\ But most ppl could see it coming, seemed like a nice guy at times but some of his comments could have gone without having ever been typed

that's why I added the at times part ;) he never directed anything to or at me either but when he first joined he did seem nice to me :)
