What are good long term storage AA batteries?

I want to store a few AA batteries in two of my packs so what would be the best for that kind of long term storage?  I plan on putting four batteries in those countycomm battery holders, then putting that in a ziploc bag.

Don't forget Lithium AA batteries, just be sure that whatever you use them in can handle the extra voltage. But any battery will need to be monitored as they do on occasion leak. Alkaline Energizers are good, Duracell too. But really, even the generic Radio Shack, Western Family and Costco branded ones are fine as well. I get whatever is on sale.

Long term storage of Alkalines is never a good proposition. If you can go with Lithiums. Their longevity in storage is much greater.

I haven't tried any of the carriers from County Comm, for AA's and AAA's I use these from BugOutGear USA........http://www.bugoutgearusa.com/batterycarrier1.html

+1.

Forget about leaky alkalines.  LSD NiMH rechargeables such as Eneloops would be a better solution.  You would need to charge them every year or two though.
