Is multi-tool.org/ old news that I've just missed, or is this brand new? Is it affiliated w/trusty old http://www.multitool.org? If not, any conflict? It is a museum. I read about it here: http://toolmonger.com

It has been there a while and it is NOT connected to us in any way.

Also, feel free to delete this post if you'd prefer to avoid spreading the word about the site! I was excited to see good blog coverage of this site, only to click the link and be shocked/confused.

Multi-tool.org was started by a guy who used to be a member here. He used this site to promote his, and insisted that despite the identical name, he wasn't trying to copy us.

Most of the info on his site was stolen from this site, and I imagine a fair bit of his updates (specifically new tools) is taken from here.

He was banned after repeatedly attacking a moderator here. I removed the direct links to his site, as I refuse to allow him to continue to benefit from us directly. Google's spiders will pick up direct links and feed the troll.

I also dragged this bad memory up for some time ago but to be honest I think that the site is nothing but crap and really don’t have anything to offer of good information.
