How Do from Yorkshire
on: February 16, 2010, 11:23:32 PM
How do folks.  :ahhh Heard about this forum from Grant who recommended it to me.
I'm a full time house husband for two sprogs, in the TA, also work part time  :-\ and a leatherworker and soon to be knife maker (once i get a decent grinder  :D )
Forum looks good so looking forward to having a snoop

I've been looking after our two for about 4 years now. Love it more than anything,a lthough there are days when i can quite easily go out to my shed and make something just to get away  ::)
My eldest is very inot the outdoors so i take her on loads of trips out to the moors where i show her how to set up  a basha, cook on a fire or gas stove and teach her trees and plant lore.
Just got back actually
Here's a couple of photos

It got too cold though so we came back earlier than we wanted. But thems the breaks when you've a 5 yr old in tow. She walked a total of 5 miles without being carried!
