Plenty of Bucks on Ebay to fill that sheath with, makes it look nice and gives it a purpose in life :)

Just to prove I did go to Tony's car boot show I picked up this compact sledge hammer.  I've got a feeling it's got a specific purpose with it's very small striking faces, but I don't know what it might be.  I'm open to suggestions though.

Possibly for railroad spikes, although most of them have even smaller hitting surfaces.  :-\

That was the one thing I thought of but after looking at some pics and as you say, it just didn't quite the bill.  Still a possibility though.  :salute:

Evidently I missed a few things. ;)  It was quiet when I went, just three rows of sellers but I suspect there's normally a lot more.  The pouring rain probably didn't help the turnout. I also didn't want to spend hours there digging.

If there are then they are hidden under the rust. :D  I don't think there are though.

The Irwin Channel lock pliers are solidly made adjustable pliers.  I have several of them in various sizes.

Hmmm, I've seen that flashlight/screwdriver set for sale online before, but never was quite tempted enough to buy. Is it a gimmick do you think, or something truly useful? Any idea of how long ago it was made?

I only bought it out of curiosity Bob, I don’t think it’s really usable as the ‘screwdriver holder' is only
mounted in clear Perspex and I don’t have any batteries to try the light  ::)
60’s?

 :D Maybe...
A cute little adjustable wrench

The Chisel (in really good condition) is a ¾ inch made by Stanley
They are little solid brass hooks, maybe for hanging up keys or something
