I got a couple with specific birth years on and a couple of spare for Nephews  :tu:

I have just given it a sharpen and a polish so its looking and cutting a bit better now

Tony Acme whistle Co don't have a lion engraved on any I've seen so my guess looking at the lanyard attachment it's most likely made in China somewhere they make millions of these look here
