And even more Stuff

Here are two that I took out to the Farm with me, the Benchmade 940, and the Stubby Razel.

First off, the 940, which is great.  I know I'm going to torque some people off saying this, but the first thing that went through my head when I took this out was, "This is the kind of knife Cold Steel wishes they could make!"  Perfect build, solid, razor-sharp out of the box...  Yet sleek, sophisticated.  A gentleman's work knife.

And the stubby Razel.  Bizarre as all get out, yet the more you play with it, the more uses you can see for it.  And built like a tank!  When I get back into the clean-up out here on the farm, this thing is going to be with me every day!

HBlaine,

Nice grab on the Benchie, the 940's are nice. And I agree they are a "gentleman's work knife". I picked up one of these myself a few years back (black blade version) as I really liked the blade design........

.........a very well made piece.

Although one thing on these never made sense. In the case of mine it has very military or "Tactical" look to it with a matte Green coated frame and blacked out blade. But then it has this.........

............a purple frame spacer!

Is yours purple as well?

It is, which is kind of strange.   :D

I was lucky to get a good deal on this one, and have taken a really strong shine to it.  It, and the Mini-Ambush, are the first BenchMades I've owned, and I am *really* impressed!
