In my current phase as an EDC RCR123 light hunter, I decided to pull the trigger in this little cutie:

I was quite tempted by the previous V.3, but this upgraded model has included an extra level, so there's 4 to choose from ranging from 3 - 100%. Useful eh? I think a proper low, low is essential for EDC flashlights.
They have also put a nice new XP-G R5 in it which will give you a rather impressive 250lm on an RCR123 battery.
The only negative review about these lights seems to be the pocket clip, which is apparently a bit flimsy. As it also comes with a lanyard attachment, I think there are enough options to tinker around with. I'm not too crazy about the green button either but I'm sure I can learn to live with it!
It's currently on it's way from Hong Kong, so I shall withhold further comment until I've had some quality alone time with it

The other current contenders for my pocket time might end up being an EX10 or a Quark 123 regular. I also like the Liteflux LF3XT, and for a nice pocket thrower, the Jetbeam Raptor RRT-0.... need to save more pennies for these I think!
I had to rule out things like the otherwise great Fenix PD30 as it can't run on RCRs
