I want one.  :like: I use the saw maybe 5 or 6 times a year. That's a enough to justify finding and buying one of these right?

Ya'know, after ooo'n'ah'ing over all these woohoo colors, they've become the norm and that red looks special. It reminds me of my favorite food, ketchup.  :tu:

Thanks all for the comments.  I don't think I used the saw in my former Camper much at all, but I still liked having it.

So... here, in the bonding process of crossing hooks, we have...

- My Christmas present to myself, a Huntsman Lite. This is because one of the offspring deeply loved my blue Mountaineer Lite, so I cleaned it up and gave it to her for Christmas. The Huntsman LED is substantially stronger out of the box - moreso than expected as the batteries in the Mountaineer are brand new.

- A regular use Explorer where I have put plus scales from a Cybertool 29 on it. The Cybertool was faded on arrival for some weird reason and will eventually receive new scales courtesy of the great Mr Thunderpants (it did not make it in the post for Christmas; nevermind). My regular use explorer looks surpringly good in the faded blue scales and I like having the pen on me. If only the second knife was a nail file/cleaner... the Explorer relations a great size/weight/tool compromise.

Cheers to you all, wherever you are and whatever you are up to :)

New guy here and first post. Merry Christmas ! Been carrying a Schrade pocket knife for decades, and sometimes a Vic Classic. The Gerber multitool tags along on vacations. Time for an overhaul as I'm now turned on to SAKs for pocket duty. Doing some lurking/reading here I discovered the can opener makes a great orange peeler. Hmmm. As luck would have it, my Sweetheart ordered a Tinker for me for Christmas 🙌💓👌
So after our traditional Xmas brunch, it was time to cap off the French toast and breakfast sausage with a Clementine and Tinker dressed in it's classy black tuxedo. Success! My quality of life has just improved by a wide margin. And now there's a rumor going around that a ruby Huntsman is joining the family for my upcoming b'day 😁 Gotta love it...

I have an inbound modded SAK from a Swisschamp most likely.  Hope they did a good job.
I'm going to put some white plus scales on it eventually.  :tu:

Very interesting...looks like the old style small straight driver on back? And v2 of 4 metal file? Seems like the donor was maybe an early 80s knife? So you're probably getting the thicker tang blade too...wonder if the combo tool is off 84 or 91...in any case, really cool!  :tu: :2tu: :tu:

In my case, my family is really small and doesn't exchange gifts, however my cats have stockings from Santa and my niece and nephew (my sister's rabbits) gave me these awesome gifts. Some E6000 industrial strength adhesive, some cat socks and some SAK SOCKS! They're 111mm SAKs no less! (Sorry it's not my latest actual SAK)

LOVE those SAK socks!
Thank you for your observations about the modded SAK I bought, I didn't notice those things because of my newbiness, but that's good information for me to look into.  :tu:
