Just received a Wenger Swiss Buck Greensmaster or Greenskeeper.

Think this now completes my collection of Swiss Bucks.

different levels of collecting.    :tu:   I am happy to have just one example of a Swiss Buck in my collection.  I really felt like I filled a hole there, but you just showed me just how wrong I was.
I corked one hole, you showed me it was in a strainer

My thoughts exactly.  I don't have the budget to complete sub- collections so I focus on diversity.  I also got 1 Swiss Buck to fill a hole in my collection.  And in true low budget collector fashion it has a slightly bent tip.

glad I am not alone   :tu:

The important thing is to have fun!

oh I have fun,  and am happy where I am collection wise   (well, we know that is an exaggeration,  but I try to be content)

A large part of the fun is the people on this forum. A great bunch!     to all!

THAT is a very true statement!  no better place can be found.  no other cyber location seems to have this tight of a family-like bond.
If I can help, let me know

Didn't buy any today but did find a box of SAKs that I had lost stored in a bag!

Several old square Phillips Fisherman, a mint plain scale Ranger, a coupe of Campers, a Swiss Buck, 3 Nylon scaled Huntsman, etc...and a Picnicker with a badly reground pruner.    :ahhh

Don't you remember?  I loaned those to you a while back. When you sending them back to me?!

  Oh yeah, I'll get those right out to you...unless I forget to remember what I forgot.

Really great CS
What an amazing knife with some very unusual tools
I just love all those Wenger speciaist tools.
Must be pretty rare too.

And congrats on completing the SwissBuck set.
I love the SwissBucks too - Like a few others here I just have the one - well OK two!! ;)
- A nice variation on a Wenger and much more different than say Hoffritz to Victorinox - I like that.
Buuuuuuut - I hate to pour water on your fire - SAKWIKI has three SB Workmate biggies??
Do you have the third one stashed away too?

And as a PS - Does anyone like the re-organised SAKWIKI SB page??
Or does it just look the same as before !!  ;)  :D

Thanks (I think).

Turns out I don't have one of the 120mm knives - Swiss Mate III

Also turns out I don't have one of the 85mm knives - Remedy

So both my collection and my notes are incomplete.   :ahhh

I know mate, that's what i'm afraid off... That i'll end up buying another one or three in the near future...  :ahhh :ahhh

I'm starting to get more attracted to the four layer sak's since i've got my last (used) huntsman, don't know why it seems more comfortable than tree, it's weird. And that huntsman in particular which is even more wired because i had a huntsman new in box for some years, but only carried it a couple of times. This one in particular i feel more attached to, maybe it was because it was used and i took care of it, cleaning, oiling, sharpening, new scales... Don't know...
And now the Explorer is getting to me a bit too... Maybe i'm getting old and sentimental

Farmer showed up today. Looks brand new! Until you open the main blade.  :( Somewhere in its travels someone took an abrasive pad to it.
I'm guessing steel wool. I tried to capture it, but it's gloomy here today.
