Dutch Air Force Master Craftsman. It differs from the Dutch Navy Master Craftsman in having three more tools on the back side, like one of the later versions of the Space Shuttle. Also cellidor rather than aluminum grips.

Nice one! I know who you probably bought it from  :D

I myself have one with white 'rounded' characters:

I have to pass on the radioactive lint unfortunately, but I have something that got me radiating!

Found at a thrift store today, my first alox, my first 74mm, my first... Ambassador!

It was in horrible condition, gummed up with *erm* dirt? It was grosse, brown and smelly. But it was that condition that got me an Black Alox Ambassador for €0,50.
A quick dip in the bactatank and one very neat SAK revealed itself. The black coating is damaged in places, but all the tools are in very good shape.

I'm very content with my discovery. Going by my best judgement (tang stamp) I think it's a '75-'85 making it 30-40 years old. Elopak was founded in 1957 so that does not narrow it down. In 1987 they changed the font, so that's no help either.

Some more eye candy:

:like: They seem awesome.  Trying my best to keep my alox collection limited to Soldiers, SI's, and Pioneers... I don't know how long that will last.... But my Compact might ask for a divorce if I buy an X.  :D

Man, that Green Master Gardener is tough.

I mean, tough in the way that Ralph Macchio(Johnny) describes Mustangs in the movie The Outsiders.
