How many variation are there with wooden handle?
Are all wooden handle variations made in USA?

Amici,
Standard Buck 110s come with Rosewood handles, but other materials are used for custom orders, from water buffalo horn, stag, to various exotic woods.

I couldn't tell you how many variations of the Buck 110 have been made in various wood scales. Let alone how many different scale materials have been used. The Buck 110 has been in production since 1964 and they have made millions of them.

That said all "real" Buck 110's are made in the USA. If you ever find one that says "Buck" on it and it's a model 110.....and it's made anywhere but the USA.....then it's not a Buck 110.

I've got some older one's that are Ebony.  And a few Rosewood.
