When I was a medic in the army we used tape like this when shipping medical records and test samples just to make sure that there was no tampering with it. I also know that it also is used to check if a door or window have been open on planes and boats when in foreign lands and the person being transported is of some importance. But it’s sad what the world have come to if you need to go too measures like this

i hate mail thieves they thoroughly deserve what they get when they're caught. Just the other week at work i over heard postman saying to one another as they were sorting mail say  "ooh there's money in this one" it did make me wonder. But then again they could just be saying it for conversation you never know but there are cameras everywhere in sorting offices and the internal bureau  do plant stuff if they are suspicious.
