Ok I will start off....

1)errrr I have errr 1 real multitool :-[  (I am thinking about getting more but I have no money  :()

2)My EDC is my LM Juice S2

3)My favourite brand would be Leatherman but I am liking the look of Victorinox's tools

4)I am not sure, it was either British Blades, EDCforums or SOSAK but I was the links about Dunc's Swiss tool review that got me here some how.

1) Swiss tool RS, Swiss tool spirit with ratchet, a dozen or so sak's, Sog Powerlock, Leatherman Charge xti, Leatherman Surge, Leatherman Supertool, Gerber fisherman, Buck tool, etc.

2)EDC work- Swiss tool RS, Spirit, Charge xti. Off, powerlock or Swisstool RS. Fishing either of those and the Gerber fisherman

3) Vic

4) By accident, every few weeks or so I would put "multitool forums" in the search engine hoping something would pop up. Finally and thankfully it did.

1.  How many multitools do you have?

16

2.  What is your EDC tool?

Is that EDC "tool" or Multitool?

If it's a multitool, I alternate between the LM Core, Vic Spirit and old LM Wave.

3.  What is your favorite brand?

Victorinox

4.  How did you learn about Multitool.org?

EDC forums

  • 1. I can think of 21 multitools I own, including SAKs, GAKs, and a couple homemade keychain toys.
  • 2. Most used in the last 5 years? Probably a Victorinox Cybertool 34.
  • 3. Favorite? Victorinox.
  • 4. I think I heard about this forum on SOSAK, possibly Bladeforums.com.

1.  How many multitools do you have?

Well that depends if you count a SAK as a multitool  ;)

-about 30 SAKs (from the SwissChamp down the Bantam and some 58mm models)
-SwissTool Plus & SwissTool Spirit Plus
-9 Leatherman's (Leathermen?)
-2 Leatherman knives with tools
-lots of mirco-multitools (SeberTech, SwissTech, etc) - my favourite to collect
-PocketWrench II & various other non-plier suff that I am not sure how to catagorize

2.  What is your EDC tool?

-currently the pairing of a SAK Sportsman (Economy) and a Leatherman Juice S2 and SAK Manger II on my keyring
-also carry a SAK Champion, Spirt and Leatherman Juice KF4 in my bag to cover all the bases
-weekend EDC is normally a Bantam Alox (but I am reconsidering after by chance having my Sportsman and needing a corckscrew, might replace it with a Scientist I just got from Tim or might have to get a Waiter) and occaionally my Juice S2

3.  What is your favorite brand?

Victorinox, would feel naked without one.

4.  How did you learn about Multitool.org?

From a post on bladeforums .

1.  How many multitools do you have?

I've got 8 now.

2.  What is your EDC tool?

I've been carrying the Wenger PocketGrip for a week or so now.  I also carry a LM Micra.

3.  What is your favorite brand?

Hmm... I don't really know.  I like leathermans, but my favorite is the Buck X-tract.

4.  How did you learn about Multitool.org?

If I remember correctly, someone had posted a link to this website over on edcforums...

Nice tools SporK!
This isn't the right thread for it, but I'd like to hear how you like that Kershaw tool. And those Gerber MPT5's. And that A.G. Russel tool. And that shiny original Gerber. And etc, etc, etc.

(You'll have carpal tunnel from typing by the time we're through with you!)

1: I've got 4.  An old Wave, a Crunch, a PSTII, and a Vic. Spirit

2: Hands down the Spirit.  Although the PSTII is next in line.  The size of them is just right for me.

3: Vic. so far, but I have to admit I haven't tried the new LM's.  I like the SOGs, but haven't owned one.

4: A guy from California, and a couple of Yankee's.   ;D

I'm not sure, yahoo is my default but I tried it again and nothing really came up. Msn is my default at work, it had to be either of those.

Last chance for entries!

My new Kick just arrived.  I gave my old one away when a friend of mine left town, and I figured I needed to get a new one.  Since it wouldn't be fair for me to win the contest, I had to get my own.
