Next 5
on: October 03, 2007, 06:39:16 PM
I was looking over my list today, trying to decide what my "next 5" would be.  The next 5 tools I think I'm going to get are (in no particular order)

1.  Buck X-tract LED
2.  SOG Powercut
3.  Leatherman Skeletool
4.  Leatherman Charge AL
5.  Victorinox SwissTool X

What are your "next 5?"

Again in no particular order ::)

1)Wenger EVO GRIP 18, Because I always wanted to compare it to the huntsman.

2)SOG Powerlock, because it's a nipple clamp par excellance ;D

3)A gerber MP600, as im one of the mods on the gerber forum, I should have one really ::)

4)Wenger PocketGrip, or Mini grip, I can never remember what one hasn't got the serrated blade, but I want one as it's a better size for the UK :)

5) MORE ALOX ;D

In no order-

SOG Powerassist
LM Surge
SOG Pocket Power Plier
Victorinox Deluxe Tinker (it counts, right?)

I don't have a fifth one yet, because I have tons of folding knives that I want to buy as well, and they are ahead of, and mixed in-between, the tools.

My contact at Leatherman suggested that I get hooked up as a dealer if I want to arrange group buys.  For numerous reasons, I am not going to do that, but I am going to see if I can arrange it some other way.

HAHA, that is indeed true. Leatherman Genus as well! The diamond file on that is quite cool. How it is a wrench with the diamond coating on one side used to sharpen the pruners.
