I did not think it possible but is to be released at the Shot Show by 4Sevens on the 18th of January 2011. Wow & I thought the E05 was it. I did some detective work & came up with this info: It is to be an E01 style body, available in AAA & AA, 2 modes (low low & full power). It will have throw instead of flood & be current regulated. Price? A true E01 Killer should be near the E01,s price I would guess? I can't wait!

Unless I read it wrong it is to be a 2 mode light. Emitter type? I don't think it will be a 5mm Nitchia as many people complained about the purple/blue tint of the E01. Runtime? I am clueless here. The suspense is killing me! A lot of people requested it have a low 2-3 lumens so, runtime should be way above 10 hours with that I would think.

Not actually a flashlight. It'll be a giant, 200 foot tall robot programmed to go across North America disintegrating all the E01s it can uncover./I might be a little bit on painkillers today
NutSak, I got a few things twisted around in my excitement & I am sorry for any misinformation. 4Sevens said it will not be floody & said you can use scotch tape if you want floody. 4 more days until the whole story comes out from the Shot Show. I can hardly wait!

I can hardly wait!No, that's what you said. I made the comment because I'm a bit disappointed. Scotch tape works and all, but it doesn't do much for output.
As far as the internet knows, 4-Sevens didn't release the E01 killer at SHOT.
It seems to me that 4Sevens was just barking without teeth to back it up. The E01 will always be here & I cannot see anything real or imagined replacing it for the money any time soon. This whole E01 Killer seems to have been a farce! JMHO
