OK, I wanted to update my own post. After doing some research on other forums, most people believe the knife is a Benchmade 9100 Auto Stryker. A nice looking knife that is illegal for most people to own.

When I saw the movie, seeing that knife was the only bright spot!

At the time I believed it was a Benchmade of some kind. I'm not as well versed in the knife industry as I used to be, so I wasn't certain which model it was.

Yes it is a Stryker, I own one myself. It´s a hell of a knife, very well made and sturdy!

Because it's hard to arrest a guy with such an exquisite taste in knives.
