New version of the Chinese EOD ?

Saw these on ebay tonight.    I don't see any lock releases.     Look like old style Gerber Multi-plier copies that they added a EOD head to.

NO, I would if I found a cheap one. But this lot is all I have seen and she wants $130 BIN OBO.  Little high for me  :D
