Does everyone else find that no matter how slow YouTube is loading on any other browser, there are never any loading pauses when watching in Chrome?

Google owns Chrome and Youtube- they have probably optimized the two to work together.

I was thinking that this may be the case, but one wonders if Google may even slow down videos on competing browsers, or at least set their feed to a lower priority...
