I have my own design of a new type of a titanium carabiner with a safety cage on the way -- I've been using the prototypes for several months, we are now running a Kickstarter campaign to bring it to the market

Ca. 1970s Victorinox Craftsman off Ebay for $21. This is the older version with fish scaler in place of pliers, Phillips with flat edge on one side, and larger technician's screwdriver on back.

Will go nicely with the 1987-1991 Craftsman I already have and use heavily.

I've got 2 bags on the way! They were the same seller and I had asked him about cutting the shipping in half if I bought both. I don't even like messenger bags but I COULD NOT pass on the price. I guess I got lucky and and saw them before everyone else could.

Not to mention the North Face Surge is by far the best backpack I have ever owned. Extremely comfortable. This will be my 2nd. I plan on finding a blue one for a 3rd. (Image removed from quote.)(Image removed from quote.)

The red back pack would be great for a first aid kit.

I have a couple of Vic Huntsmen on the way.  I won't decide if I'm keeping just one or both until I have them in my hands.

I gave in yesterday and ordered 2 different types of the Boker Plus Tech-Tools.  I ordered the #5 which is similar to a Deluxe Tinker and a #6 which is sort of like a Farmer with back tools.  I'm hoping for the best but I already know they won't feel anything like a Victorinox.  I'll give an honest review when they arrive.

The seller called me today... it was a mistake, he said. He doesn´t have the Climber EcoLine in stock anymore. So he offered me a Huntsman EcoLite.

I agreed - not a big fan of the huntsman though. But it will definitelly make a nice carry.  :twak:

EDIT: I also ordered a Wenger Standart aka Viking. Almost have one of those. One for carry and one for collecting  :D

I think someone said ti looked like a Rat and spyderco, with Axis lock.

It feels quite good in the hand, solid, no rough patches. The cost was about $14 so you can not expect miracles, but it is good for the price. Reasonably even grind.
