Cool!

As an aside, the Lenin coin looks remarkably like a mirror image Roosevelt dime:

Neat!

The fit and finish doesn't look to be quite where we normally go, but they are cool perhaps becuase of it. Even the production was as refined, the design concepts are there and some of the concepts are interesting on their own, particularly that skeletonized knife and the modular eating tool.

And Mr Whippy, while I can't imagine it was anything but an accident, you're right. Mirror images... yeah, no, there isn't something deeper in that. Karmic!

Quality knives was good for its time, but very few knives made of stainless steel, mainly carbon steel coated with chromium.
Knives with fixed blade is not resolved by the police, only hunting. Become a hunter was easy, but for the sake of a knife ??????????

In this case the police if she got caught (I'm talking about the USSR's) was taking any knife, even a lady. (to police searched, it was enough to be drunk, or in a place where the crime happened. As an alternative dance floor where the passions are up fights)

There are no old knives there, all the knives period 1940-1990 years.
In my town there are no old houses where you can find in the attics of old knife. In 1944-45 it was completely destroyed. :(

In ak 47 butt is always a tool kit for full service rifle.
In ak no nuts.
Why wrenches, saw the tree?
In the Soviet conventional military equipment have different standards, so do not be tempted to unscrew and take home. Spanners 9 and 11 almost anywhere in the civil engineering will not be useful.
