Four a day. I am down to a solid four a day and cannot for the life of me get past these four. I passed on the e-smoke, seems viable but I really just want to stop.

Well I broke down and bought a pack of smokes.

I only smoked two today though. The good news is I have a buddy that has a E-Cigarette he is willing to give to me as he no longer uses it.

I can NOT shake these four a day. I can avoid some of the smokes I have religiously like morning coffee but I always end up having one later so no progress there.

Away from my usual routine and the daily grind has been helping. I've been surviving on two/day for three days now! Feeling' good! Trying to stay focused on what MT Santa might bring tomorrow

I know its been quite some time since this thread was active, but I have to tell you all I have gone without cigarettes for TWO WEEKS!!!!!! I'm talking no E-Cigarette, Patch, Gum NOTHING!!!! I know everyone who want's to quit can so please save your lungs the damage and quit. Now if you have no want or desire to quit than I have no right to tell anyone else what to do. I hope I can keep it up. Honestly I have very little desire to smoke at all. Thanks everyone.

Seriously though, glad to hear that, and good luck to you. I also find it's best to quit without any of the stuff. Just quit. It's hard the first two-three days but better that way. My problem though is that I love smoking. So I get back to it every so often.

I love smoking as well, but I hate what comes with it so (for me) it out weighs my desire to smoke. Hopefully I can stay smoke free.

I truly wish you the best. Its definitely not easy, but well worth it in my mind. It really is just telling yourself NO!!!! When your sitting there having a full on debate with yourself in your head trying to justify just one more smoke you have to just say NO!!!!! You of course might be very irritable and grumpy for a few days and possibly weeks, but just stay strong.
