Just be patient (I know its hard, im Very impatient ). You could always email the seller to see if they have a tracking number (most aren't tracked though).
It will be customs or Royal Mail Just gotta be patient and like you said it will turn up eventually. Do you know if it was sent Priority or First Class International. If it was sent First Class then it could take up to 14-21 days.

I got him a Supertool years ago ( he doesn't like it anymore than I do ) I got him a farmer a while back and I recently gave him my wenger soldat ,the truth of the matter is that for years he's been wedded to benchmades, so I'm hoping that the OH blades on the multi might swing him in favour of multi's (he went sak because of all the knife paronoia )
