Is it trash or treasure?It also has."Sharp"on the other side of the blade and that would tell me it's not that old.

I honestly have no idea if its trash or treasure. Here is a slightly similar knife on EBAY for $45, but we all know how EBAY pricing goes.

It's a SAK copy- some value to folks like me that like oddball SAK copies, but I probably wouldn't pay much more than ten or fifteen at the outside for one.

The country it was made in doesnt exist any more. It was split into into the Czech Republic and Slovakia in 1993, so it must have been made before that.

Items like that, made during the communist era in countries that no longer exist in that form (not communists or split or renamed) tend to be collectable. Look at old soviet era tools, cameras etc.

Thanks for everyone's opinion.I can't find any additional info on this knife but I will keep looking.I don't collect but it would be good to know more details in case I want to trade it.
