My Standard Issue.

It needs a tiny fedora and bullwhip.

I've been carrying it for a year. In case anyone's keeping score, it has passed the Hammered Like a Chisel test.

Nice.
Did you order from Eastern Europe, or was it available locally?

One of the few Wengers I own. Oldie, but a goodie. I have been told these are a little rare to have this many layers on one of these.

Whoa - Nice one CS - What a beauty  :D
What on earth is that round ended blade?
Not the infamous butter spreader from 70 years ago??
But it looks like the inside edge is open or has a slot??

Looks like  a name engraved on it as well ??

Hang onto those old Wengers - Gotta be rarer than - although not as poular as -  their Vic cousins

Thanks everyone!

The rounded tool is actually a file on the other side and I believe it was meant to also be a ice/mud scraper if I remember correctly. No slot. Just a weird shadow in the picture.

Those extending pointers are neat! Wish I knew about them back when I was teaching chemistry. Always had to carry an extending pointer in my shirt pocket.

Martin, does the Manager have the shield on the reverse side or is it completely absent? Don't remember ever seeing a Wenger with reverse shield scales.

Very nice finds. :hatsoff:

Very nice Martin
I've been trying to track down those pointers for quite some time now.
Lovely to see them both together.
I get the feeling your Wenger collection would blow my mind  :ahhh

Love the old Wenger's. Don't like the Vic "Wenger" Evo grips. Does anyone still make a SAK with an extending pointer?
