Shilin Cutter - any Taiwan member here?

In my neverending quest for strange looking and unique stuff and gadgets I've came across Shilin Cutters knives... And my do they look nice!! 

So, do we have someone from Taiwan here who can throw some light on what is called Chinese Traditional Folder...

I'd really like to get my hands on one of those!!
