Going to have to sell a few things.

Well times are extremely tough around these parts so I am thinking my only option is to sell off some MT's and knives.

I'm going to go through some tools tomorrow and see what I wan't to part with. Sorry this thread isn't anything fun or exciting, but figured you guys are the only ones who will truly understand how much this sucks.

I had to sell a few tools not so long back and it hurt quite a bit as some were a bit special but needs must .Hang in there mate and don't sell them all .

Thank you all for the kind words. I do not think I will be able to replace what I sell, but who knows. I am dreading going through my tools so I keep putting it off. I might have a backup plan so I will keep you guys updated.

I'm rooting for the backup plan. Nobody likes to try and weed out their collection unwillingly.

We all know just how hard it is to get them the first time. And no one wants to get rid of some only to wish you had them back. We're pulling for you Cap'n!!!

I've had to sale a few also that I'd love to have back. All my rare benchmade mini grips, szabofly, stainless smallfly, wayne goddard just to name a few.

We've all been there pal, I am only just recovering from a similar period of multitool withdrawals. I don't know if I can ever get back all that went on ebay last year, but I will certainly have fun trying! Good luck my friend, I'm pullin for ya!

My family went through that. After working with the same company for 24 years my dad got laid off from his job.

He went from making 100+k a year to 50k with 2 kids in college and i was still in high school.

He would work some small jobs but we really had to cut down on a lot of stuff. And most of the money i got from my job went to gas, then the rest to help with my family.

But things turn out for the better and now my dad has a good job, good benefits, and things are looking up.

Good things happen to good people. I feel likes it's Gods way to see if were strong enough. (sorry if you don't believe).
