Thank you @Syph007 . I have spent a pleasant day off work reading the entire thread, it shows a great deal of skill and craftsmanship and a real sense of pride in your work.

I like the "Gentleman" style of the Black with the brass accents, keep up the good work and I'm looking forward to seeing what 2016 has in store. Cheers.

I remember when I worked in an office I used to read long threads to kill time during really boring days, so Im glad I could provide something for others to read.  :D

For 2016 this is where Im going
-  Mostly Ti conversions to all SAK sizes
-  The only alox 93 scales I'll carry is hard anodized black
-  Finish making the marlin spike tools for 91 and 93mm SAKs.
-  Figure out how to do the Ti bead blast finish and have anodized accent details as well
-  Maybe I'll finally cave in and order that Tormach Ive saved up for but too chicken to blow the $$$.  I like the new little one they sell now with high rpm, I could do custom engraving/personalizing which alot of people ask for.
-  New blade options in high end steel.  Ive been getting this request alot and I really want to have something to offer.
-  Buy myself a go pro and start doing work videos and updating my long neglected youtube

Please come back to 84 mm line...! We want to see little brothers mods!!! :D

Ah forgot 84mm is on the list.  Next time I have 440c cut im going to make some backsprings for adding scissors to 84s.

And how about trying to figure out a way to do phillips + openers custom springs for the 91mm?  ::)

The new Tormachs are looking really nice, and they seem to have some nice accessories. Your work is already amazing so I can't wait to see what you'll come up with next!!!

Always so shiny and pretty. Little works of art. My hand polishing takes forever and doesn't seem to get as even of a finish. I may have to get a polishing wheel for my bench grinder.

Ive done it a few times but its getting more requested.  Pretty compact way to have alot of tools when a small blade works for most cutting tasks anyhow.

I was thinking this myself. Hardly ever find myself using my SAK blades because I carry a dedicated folder but having the small blade would work.for 99 percent of the cutting I do. In case one day all I had was this SAK on me.

Hardly ever use pliers though so would replace them with a saw and file. That would work right?

This one I started before the new year but was waiting on the donor to arrive to finish assembly.   The cybertool donors are pricey, I cant ever seem to find them for any less than 90 on amazon.

I guess my adventures in alox have wound down, but Im happily adventuring in Ti instead.  Its just so darn tough and strong I see why most knife makers love it.

Here is a Monrogue model all done.  :D

I love the look of the copper cross with the matte gray Ti...  :tu:

Here is something a bit different.  Just a two layer SAK but the customer wanted a keyring on there too.  Normally that is in the blade layer, but since there is no blade layer I had to figure something else out.

I ended up milling some off the end of the pliers spring and then riveting the keyring piece on that.  I used 2 rivets and I think its on there solid enough.

I suppose I could have hand cut a custom liner with the keyring build into that, but that felt like more work then this method... maybe it would have been similar though.
