Century-old plaster gives pasta that authentic Old World flavor though. The secret's in the horsehair they used to use as a binder......

Spray tan is more a South Jersey thing. And I was a bourbon drinker when I was drinking. :)  The amount of that I consumed certainly didn't help my brain cells either.......
