Great tools, but the Wrench Head design is a bit annoying with that pivoting plier handle.

There have been lots of different rebadged Multimasters over the years.

Browning sold one called the Model 400. It came as part of a firearms maintainence kit. The "lightening" slots in the handle and the black plastic grip were unique to this version.





The Klein Tripsaver 1016 has been sold for over ten years now. The big Gerber-Multi-Plier-style triangular awl is unique, as are the wire stripper notches in the file.

That Browning is nice! I have the klein and it is identical to my china made tools except for the wire stripper and the handle does pivot the same. the cat and the skil china tools are identical. they are in the first pic. in the second picture is a USA cat and a union branded multimaster that are identical. The Klein is in the second picture. and the other tool in the second picture is a not branded multimaster with needle nose that I put a pocket clip on

Looks like a feeler gauge, the marker is how thick it is at that point, like measuring the gap on spark plugs. Although I'd imagine the inch markings are pretty useless for you though.

I'd never seen the Browning version before Bob, thanks for sharing!  Of course I'm not surprised you have that one!
