I have just seen the movie Behind Enemy Lines : Colombia. In the movie the marines made use of a SOG multitool to cut the wire. Looks like a PowerPlier. It must be an old model as I could see the gears but they were open and not protected. The pliers head was rather large so I doubt it could be a pocketpowerplier. Must be the bigger one.
