A couple of weeks ago, I got this Schatt & Morgan cattle knife from Ashley:



It's a beautiful knife, and my usual crappy pic doesn't do those handles justice, they're a very subtle green really.  I can't find ANY info on this knife though.  I know it was one of 600 made, I think in 2006.  Any help?  Another question - is Schatt & Morgan a division of Queen Cutlery?  Thanks!
