I don't care for those other reviews mate, I wanna read yours..
Good looking folder and it matches your boots perfectly..

mate im so slow at typeing and wrote so much so was gutted when i lost it, its not the first time as i did a great review on tonys carrot MK2 he did for me but it crashed and i lost it all

OK on Alans request

I got this last week on a trade , i was after a locking knife to take on camping trips and hiking , i was after something a little more traditional and not so tactical but when i was offered this and read the thoughts on it i went for it, i went on my trip on wed and it turned up after i went

but good wife dropped it to me on thursaday evening

so got to play with it, my little review was bassed on siting outside the tent on a misty friday morning at 5am with a hot cup of coffee

my thoughts are as i thought as ive owned Bee's and SRM's a few times and all worked great, there is no difference here, it has a solid SS skeleton frame with a thick liner lock almost like a frame lock, works rock solid and locks up great, fit n finnish spot on, the blade was razor sharp

and looks to me like a factory edge, blade is 8Cr13M0v and have had a few blades of this type and all sharpened ok even with my rather useless skills

the G-10 scales are very grippy and the clip only has one position all be it where i wnated it anyway so ok with me but may be not others, the clip works really well, there is jibbing on the front and back and adds extra grip, the build of this knife overal is spot on and the blade flicks out perfectly, this is my first flipper and it took a few goes but i can flip it out everytime and fast , for me my only dislike is the non standard bolt set up for the blade as needs a odd 3 spoked tool , i would rather a allen key type, i could use a cutting disc on my dremmel and cut a slit but its no big issue as will just clean the whole knife as i did my LM's for years, i cant recomend this knife enough as for the money this appears like a much more expensive knife, ok Alan i did it lets hope it dont crash
OK the boots

very comfy and keep your feet cool

and a car boot bargain of £4

made by meindl, there the desert boots our soldiers use in afganastan, there not worn in like my brashers but ill get 2 more weeks at work with them so they should be fine as by the secong day in them they started to fill good

cant say much else really, they look good and my knife matches them
